I came to the service department the prior week to my appointment as a drive in/walk in with no appointment. I was told the wait was going to be over 2 hours and it would be better for me to schedule an appointment for the following week so the wait wouldn’t be as long. My appointment was at 8:30am. I didn’t get my car serviced until after 11am! What was the point of coming back a week later with an appointment. I was told it was because there was 150 cars before me. Why would you book 150 appointments at the same time? If there wasn’t 150 car appointments, then that means walk ins were prioritized before appointments. Unacceptable either way, do better than doctor appointments in El Paso. Be the leader in service as Toyota Lexus should be.

Advisor was great. But 3 hours for an oil change waiting there is insane. Not the first time it happens. Usually take my tacoma and camry there but I will no longer be taking them for service there
