When I called to set up the appointment, I asked what service was being done and I was informed it would be the oil change and tire rotation. It seems like the saul decides what's going to be done instead of what was said when the appointment was scheduled. I even have an email as proof but he didn't even consider it. The title of service advisor is deceiving as it's actually service chooser.
