My labor cost was more than the repairs. I did not get a video to see how long it took them to complete the task. So maybe some extra labor charges were add to my expense. They send a video for everything else so why not the labor time.

The First Lady who drove the shuttle back to my house was great. Very personable and drove very safe.
The second person who picked me up from my home to take me back to the dealership, DOUSED himself and the vehicle in cologne, seemingly trying to drown the smell of smoke which I did still smell. But since he DOUSED himself in cologne I got an unbearable migraine afterwards which almost made me unable to drive home.
Also, his driving was very erratic and he stepped on the gas like he was trying to turn a 20 minute trip into a 10 minute trip, but he would have to SLAM on his brakes at every light because he was speeding so fast and there was heavy traffic. I counted 9 times that I had to brace myself for impact and put my hand up to the seat to keep myself from sliding off my seat. I did not feel safe at all the entire drive.
Overall the service was great and my attendant Gabriel was great at communicating and answered all my questions.

My brakes are still making noise. I advised the advisor not to wash my car in order to prevent the car from getting micro scratches from the car wash machine since I was getting the car prepared for a paint correction. I asked if they could vacuum the car instead of washing it and they did not do that they did the complete opposite.
