There was not great communication about when my car would be ready for pickup. I was told noon today. I starting calling at 1:00pm and did not get in contact with my service rider until I asked to speak to the manager. I find it disappointing that the only person who can tell me my car is ready for pickup is my original service rider. I needed my car back so I could pickup my kids from school. There was a shuttle provided to Ft Bliss but no one from the dealership could get onto base to pick me back up. If I had known this it would have been easier to stay at the dealership and wait.

I had a terrible experience with the service department at Fox. I brought my car in for service on Saturday, and although they initially refused to take walk-ins, they eventually agreed to service my car. They finished the service quickly, but the next day I discovered a massive oil leak, which wasn't there before.
When I informed them about the issue on Monday, they took a long time to diagnose the problem and initially tried to blame me for the oil leak. After I pointed out that the car was in good condition before the service, they shifted the blame to a possible manufacturing defect. However, I had purchased the car recently and it had very low mileage, so it didn't make sense for it to be a manufacturing defect, because it had not had a leak until after the service.
They finally gave me an update but still claim that its Impossible to know what happened. Frankly, I believe that the service team made a mistake on Saturday and perhaps damaged the Gasket. I feel lied to. I honestly just wanted to tell me that they made a mistake and that they were sorry.

Waited 3 hours and 30 mins for oil and filter change.. texted mike to follow up and he said they forgot about my car and they will finish it ASAP. It took total 4 hours for oil change!! This is ridiculous and unacceptable for a big company like you. After completing my warranty i will never be coming back again…. EVER!!
