Please let Gabriel know, he needs to work so on his customer service. Arguing with someone about paperwork isn't okay. Once he realized he was I'm the wrong, that's when he started being nice. Then I left the service department I went to get gas and found out my gas cap clip was broken and my hood was still open.... I ended going to the Toyota on Montana for service instead.

Hector was extremely professional and kept me informed about what was going on. There were a couple of glitches related to this visit. One was the inability to use your app. It was worthless. It didn’t let me interact with it and never did I get a correct quote. I didn’t find out how much I was going to pay until I was at the counter. Also, Hector had to go to lunch, not a problem, but I was asked to get the paperwork from Hector. Why isn’t the paperwork readily available to front counter personnel? It was strange for the customer to go hunting for the paperwork and keys.
