I have Santiago a written note with 4 items I wanted done and he two: he did the oil change and the inspection for my Toyota Le. He did not have my car washed he said he inspected the rear bumper and he said there was nothing wrong but he either did not do anything or missed that there is a crack on the center and can not be missed. I am disappointed but I do not want Santiago to lose his job.

Ms. Herrera was absolutely wonderful. This was the best customer service I’ve received at your service center. From my drive up, she greeted me with a courteous and friendly demeanor . She was knowledgeable and attentive, answering my questions. During my service, she communicated with me all my truck needs and service updates. On pick up, the perfect customer service continued and she treated me just perfect detailing all my truck service issues. Her confidence, communication and attentiveness was perfect. In this generation of fast paced, decreased attentiveness and poor eye contact, she set the bar high providing the exact opposite! Great job Janeth!

Appreciated being taken in without an appointment. I was midway on a 900 mile journey away from my home when a service/check engine light came on.
Even though you could not also do Texas vehicle inspection as your equipment was down, I was referred by Jessica to an independent inspection station which completed that task in less than 30 mins.

This is the third time we take our vehicle in and have had issues every time. The first time our seat had a stain, second time we took it in they didn't do everything that was supposed to be fixed and today, again we were told it was ready and went to pick it up and, again they failed to do everything they were supposed to. We do not have time to be taking it in and be without transportation. It's a headache, literally, every time we need to get our vehicle serviced.

I was completely frustrated with my visit today. I was told by my advisor that the recall was to remedy the metal shavings from the engine block. I asked her 3X if she was sure about it, she said yes. So, we set up the appointment. I woke up early to take care of the issue and drove from the far eastside only to be told that the recall I was going in for was for something I had ALREADY taken care of. The lack of communication and the annotations not created by the previous advisors is what upsets me. And to further add salt to the wound my current service advisor didn't do anything to.compensate my time and gas. Customer service is horrible!
