I am satisfied with my most recent service experience, however, I have no idea who Erik Mercado is. My satisfaction is based on the fact that my car was picked up (although an hour late) and returned with the required oil change service.

Visalia Hyundai did a recall notice on the back door. It wasn't fixed. Dissatisfied, we took our car to your dealership for 3 more recalls. When we asked about the hatch, we were told we would have to pay. My expectation was you would fix the issue and pass on the charges to corporate or to Visalia. Disappointed in this regard.
