I drive 45 minutes for your service. I avoid Visalia and drive to you guys on purpose. When scheduling my service the female that made the appointment stated it would take about an hour and a half for the one recall needed. Upon arrival I’m informed three recalls are needed and it would take approximately three hours or more. Now that becomes a longer wait and no shuttle service is offered to Tulare; however I can be taken to Visalia. I agree and I’m told the shuttle will take 40 minutes to arrive. Next, Bryan comes out and says it gonna take all day because the tech let him know he’s got a lot of cars with the same situation. I make my wife drive the 45 minutes and get me. As soon as we make the return trip and pull in our driveway approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes from drop off I’m getting a call my car is ready. Just to turn back around and go pick up the vehicle. Waste of gas for no reason and my wife leaving work for no reason. Bryan was a good dude and super professional. Just a **** experience all the way around.

The service was very good from the mechanic but I brought the car in on Monday at 8 am not knowing how long this would take. I got a ride and my car was not finished till Saturday. I know there was. New Years in there but I believe the customer service to your clients was horrible. Not knowing everyday. Waiting for a call back as I called every day and they said they would check and call me back and NO call back I had to keep calling. My check engine light went on in September and I came in 5 times before they figured out what was wrong and then they called and they said they had the parts to bring it in on Monday and no mention that they would have my car for 5 days. No courtesy car or idea that I would have no car for 5 days. I Love my Genesis and would recommend it to anyone but the customer service to get it fixed is unacceptable. Thank you
