Great, friendly service - nowhere else I’d rather take my car for service!

You have do 4 services for me. On 3 of them the tech did not reset the service required counters in the car. It rang service due again last night after just servicing last week.
I asked you to find a rattle in the back. When I picked up the car the cashier said there were no stories. It still rattles.
I texted Eric this morning and no reply.

My service rep Ismail Chavez was excellent. I'm very professional. However, what I did notice? Was my paperwork was incorrect and I. Gave all the proper info to be changed in my name from my mother's name and that was done incorrectly. And I would like to receive the corrected paperwork so I can file it properly in my car file folder

My car was given back to me dirty. There was dirt on the floor boards, dirt on the glovebox, dirt on the inside of the side panels, dirt on my front passenger seat, and water spots on my car and windshield from windshield wiper fluid being used on the front windshield. I had just got my car washed before arriving for service today. My windshield was clean and I did not have water spots on my car or windshield. There was no reason to turn on the windshield wipers and if that was turned on by mistake, then the wiper fluid should have been wiped clean from my car and windshield. Leaving dirt in my car was even more unacceptable.
