I was not informed that the “water/sunroof” guy didn’t have a specific time of day he’d be there to check my leak. Was not told in advance I’d have to wait on him. I specifically said I’d be staying with my car on service day when asked.

Walked in service department at 4:50 and the place was empty. I had to approach a young man who was a little rude. I noticed on the video that the tech mentioned airing my tire to 36Psi I simply ask why, and was told it only would have been done by request, I didn’t request it…. Not sure about the quality of work or honestly I have received. Also, I was suppose to get a call today about the tires being over inflated and I never did.(par for the course I guess)
Never did see my advisor, so who knows how they done.
