Cassidy was fine. The mechanic fellas .. My tire that was to be repaired is flat and since not covered under my maintenance warranty...I expected to have a repaired tire.. not a flat one

The service itself was good and the video of the inspection for nice but I saw my car pulled into the garages and then had to wait over 15 minutes to get the paperwork so I could get my car and leave. And if it had been busy I would understand but my car was the only one sitting and other cars didn’t pull in for service while I was waiting to check out.

Arrived to have oil change and noise looked at. Tried to add on tire rotation when I never asked for one and it was removed before service started. Had to wait awhile and then was asked to take a ride tech to hear the noise. Take a ride and my cars screen keeps starting and rebooting (didn’t do that before I came in). He stated it might need an update, convenient it happened the same time I came in…..Tech heard the noise and says he has a fix. Waited another 30 minutes and was told he put felt in the area and they didn’t have time to work on the screen update. Still hear the noise…. Great fix and my screen keeps rebooting and restarting like it’s having a seizure. This is very distracting while driving and can’t safely take calls or listen to music. I am very disappointed and upset with the service I received.
