I dropped my car off Friday morning 7:30am picked it up at 4:30pm was not updated once. When i picked my keys up nice lady gave me my keys but had no idea where my car was nor could she give me any kind of update on my car. Picked my children up from daycare while on the interstate one of my child’s car seats turned over i had no idea my car seats were un buckled thank goodness it wasn’t my 7 month seat that fell over his was unbuckled as well. pulled in the a gas station noticed the seal around the moon roof was out on the left side. i was so upset i couldn’t sleep! i returned to toyota sat morning 8am very nice young lady and gentleman took care of the issue. hopefully next visit i get to see the older gentleman he’s very reliable, respectful and keeps me updated on what’s going on!
