Service employee Courtland was very nice and pleasant however the technican(s) who worked on my vehicle contradicted their recommendations and when I questioned it, I felt as if I was being scammed for unnecessary repairs. This is the third time my vehicle has been misdiagnosed by your service department. I had to take my business to another nearby Toyota dealership who was more competent. At this point, My wife, family and I don’t feel comfortable having your dealership do major repairs until things change at your establishment. Please feel free to call me for more details.
