Terrible customer service simple fix on new vehicle that needed a quick oil top off even after recent service First visit engine light was not cleared no new maintenance date sticker this time while passing by service center engine light when on again It was determined that my new vehicle was 1/2 qt low. I could have been in and out with out without much more effort. Rep and service person dragged out whole incident with out any consideration for me having to wait on an unpected full blown service call Service manager defensive over my complaint. His quick and abrupt answer of course was that service people had to look into source of leak. I guess after lunch truck left
