Brandon was terrific but there was a oroblem when my car went theuvthe car wash. The inside/front seats and floor mats were wet. There was water in the moldings of door. I reported this to Brandon whenni got home snd realized everything was wet. He wasnt aware of the problem and He was as surprised as i was. He promised to report it. Hopefully there wont be any electrical damage to tje car.

I had a nail in my tire and I was expecting the tires to be rotated. This was a 5000 mile service and the tires were not rotated the last service. I was expecting them to be rotated this service. I was told by the service writer the tires were rotated when i picked up my car. The nail was in the right rear tire.
I go to Costco to have the tire repaired and I told the service writer I just had my car serviced, so the tire with the nail should be on the right front. The service writer told me tire is still on the right rear and it was marked by the Toyota technician.
The tires were not rotated on my last service either. I've gone 10k miles with no rotation when the industry standard is 5k to rotate tires. I know your paperwork reads " rotate tires, if needed" but if the standard is 5k why are they not rotated every service?
I bring you my car expecting it to be properly serviced and I should not have to guess if it was done right. If it's part of the service, do it and not use some type of arbitrary "if needed" not to do it!
