Attention service Dept/ General Dealership Manager ,
Unfortunately my experience was extremely unpleasant as after my 20,000 mile service all my options of Lda,PCs, seatbelt Options have all stopped functioning . So Inconveniently I went back to your service for a second visit Dept on Wednesday 11/28/2018 at 500pm, only to be told could I come back tomorrow!! Or just leave the car, I don’t have a second car and I have a full time job that requires commuting hence I asked for a loaner and was told no. But I could go pay if I wanted to rent one! I was so upset as I work long hours as a nurse and don’t get too much of time off in between my two jobs. It’s the life of a single Mom.
I was so upset I left and won’t return to Glendora Toyota because I felt no one really cared. There were more than 5 servicemen standing there as I listened to
Private conversations and a girl
Come by for a quick visit and she wasn’t a car issue or repair but she was cute and saying “hi”!! How you manage your employees is not my concern. When I bring my car in working fine and it comes out with problems I expect it fixed so I came back only to be told come back AGAIN tomorrow! I felt that was unacceptable, Why should I miss work because my car was returned dysfunctional? Would you call this acceptable service. If you would have given me a loaner I would have gladly left my car but that’s not your dealerships way of doing business. No accountability was taken so no I am not happy with your service department.
The final salt to the wound is this is a new car and still under warranty if I was paying cash would I have been treated differently? I wonder??
Poor review for Glendora Toyota and will never return to this site again.

Got there at 10:30a.m and Brandyn was very polite and informed me that they were a little behind so the wait time would be and hour and a half.. sure. No problem. That wasnt the case. I had to call twice while waiting to check the status of my vehicle cause I was past 2 hours of waiting.. both times they quoted me wrong ETA times. Finally after nearly 3 hours, my vehicle was ready. When I told Brandyn that's it's been nearly 3 hours he said that the techs computers had gone down and therefore it took longer cause they had to stop working for a bit. Had this been communicated to me sooner, I would've arranged for someone to pick up my daughters from school. Was pretty frustrated by the time I left. I was waiting for nearly 3 hours with my 2 year old when I could've arranged a ride home and come back at a later time. Completely unacceptable.

Even though Brendon Seidner apologized and took full responsbility for the mistake, it was something that should not have happened. There were more people involved than Brendon. People need to pay close attention to the details even if it seems like such a routine job. The mistake caused a lot of confusion and anxiety on our part. Employees need to be trained to understand that all parts of the job are very important. Hopefully the other customer involved was advised of the mistake also.
