When I brought my car in, I had agreed to purchase the same tire that was on my car. It was for a certain tire only, which I was told you could get. It was the ONLY reason I brought my car in. But when I picked up my car, a different tire was put on my car. I’m still very upset that I wasn’t notified that the tire wasn’t available anymore because I could have gotten the tire that was put on my car cheaper somewhere else. This really makes me very angry.
