I had asked about the time frame it would take for my car to be serviced. I was told he would let me know in a second. About 15 minutes later, I went to ask Genaro how long it would take. He told me 1 1/2 to 2 hours before my car would be done. So I asked to be taken home. I was called about 2 1/2 hours later stating my car was done. I believe communication goes a long way. I don't like to be inconvenienced when I'm paying for a service. I shouldn't have to seek someone out to let me know how much time a service will take. No one let me know if they found anything wrong with my levels, tires or etc...I was not informed one way or the other. I guess I'll check the paperwork I was given before I left.
