I have made an appointment and waited from 9am to 4:30pm. It was supposed to take three hours at most, but it took 6 and a half hours. My son got out of school at 3pm, and I made a 10-year-old wait for two hours on a rainy day. I only fill up a tank of gas a year, why do I have to clean the carbon deposits on the throttle? Are you bullying a girl who doesn't know anything about cars? It cost nearly $ 700 for one maintenance and I waited for 7 hours. I can't rush it, so I either don't do it or drive away. I don't know what else to say.
