Filter and 3 rotting tires??? Really???? My car is housed in a garage. Every other rep has called me and talked to me. She did it over computer and it took me over 5 times with my correct phone # to get on. When I tried to call it was constantly busy. I call what she did a bait and switch. Then they could t find her to see if the lever over the battery was replaced. I finally looked u see my hood and saw that it had. She came out the. And said can I help you with something. I said no I already see the battery clamp was replaced. I told her I had been coming to the dealership for 15 years and this was my last time. She replied sorry to see you go as she walked away. Btw I also bought 2 cars from you all in the past. Unbelievable experience. I now have no trust in the dealership .
