Brendon was really receptive to my concerns and gave me a deal on installation of the cat shield that I was waiting for over a month. When I requested the service appointment for the next day for the cat shield to be installed, he accommodated me and I told him exactly what time and I was which was during my lunch at work and I was able to make it back on time and even before I finished my work day my car was ready!

I was due a $20.00 discount, shown when I brought my car in. Was told it wouldn’t show on the service copy that I was given but it would be included on the final document before I paid. Thank goodness I remembered to ask about it because it was NOT included on the final service sheet cost. Makes you wonder why! Really, the coupon should be indicated on ALL paperwork and not left up to customer to verify it at the end, especially when you state to show it up front when arriving.

Blanca,my service provider was not helpful. I had a schedule appointment. I was told I had to wait 3 hrs. After 3 hrs, she did not come with an update, I had to call her for an update. It took 3 1/2 hrs for a routine check up. Upon completion, she did not meet me at the car to say thank for your service. If I come to Glendora service again, I Do Not Want her to assist me.
