We had a great experience with Jonathan, but the mechanic that sent me the pictures of the dirty air cleaner and cabin filter. I’m not so happy with you guys are trying to sell me something that my car did not need again. This is the second time you’ve pulled this on me last time we had to have the surface manager, come out and check my filters cause I just replaced them before I went to service and now they tried to do it again. Mike the pictures that he sent me aren’t even the filters for my car. I pulled them out myself because I’m a retired mechanic so I know what I’m talking about. This is unacceptable what you guys are trying to do to people by selling them things that they don’t need I want to talk to the service manager and the CEO like I said, this is the second time you tried pulling this on me. I’m not happy at all with your company right now.

I was told my air filter was in need of change and parts was out of stock but other than that everything was fine and I live down from crown Toyota but I drive to Glendora because you’re the best dealer service I’ve experienced in 30 years

1st - Recall couldn’t be completed because of my battery being a size NT24F. Unfortunately I was called out of town for a 600 mile trip so took my 2013 Rava 4 into a Midas shop who found corrosion around the battery so I had it replaced. According to Midas (I confirmed this after my appointment yesterday) they referenced what size battery to use in my vehicle which is stated above. When I questioned my Toyota service rep she could not explain to me why the NT24f battery couldn’t be used to perform the recall just that it wasn’t a 12 volt battery. I am contacting The Better Business Bureau to discover where to go to learn more about this problem. 2- I picked my car up and noticed a ticking type noise that hadn’t been there when I dropped my car so I turned back to ask a technician to pop the hood and take a look. Service person said tech looked at it and there wasn’t a problem. So this morning I heard the same noise so I popped the hood and sure enough a long arm with a clip was not secured! I HATE TO BE LIEDTO AND THAT IS IT FOR ME. I will not be using Toyota of Glendora service facilities again. It would be great to get a reply but at this point I don’t expect one but will pass the word how this service went to all the Toyota car owners I can reach. Sincerely , Laura M
