Took my wife's car for an oil change and they told me that it needed a new radiator, timing belt and a new battery. My wife informed me that you guys were ripping us off because the battery had been replaced a little less than a year and a half ago and the timing belt was replaced about 6 years ago. Timing belts in this model are changed every 90,000 miles. Which this car hadn't reached. I called triple A cause they are the ones that changed the battery and they said that the battery was in great condition and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. We took car to two different mechanics, one referred by AAA and they both told us that the timing belt and radiator were fine. YOU GUYS ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND IF GIVEN THE OPPORTUNITY TO REFER YOU, I WOULD NOT!!! This comment was written by Daniels wife not by Dan but he feels the same way. I am absolutely dissatisfied with your service and disgusted as well.

Failed to follow up with known rodent damage to ac system. Technician noted the material left by some animal and did not offer to clean it or to offer to clean it. They told us we had to clean it out ourselves. Resulted in the ac fan burning out. Now, instead of prevarication maintenance, your failure has resulted in additional unnecessary cost.

A "Pre -collision System Unavailable" suddenly appeared on the dashboard. This is not good . That is very essential to driving the vehicle. This never happened before. The bad news is we have to wait until Monday to bring the car to have it checked. We do the car service every weekend because we dont have time on weekdays. Now we have skip our work just to do that. Everything should have been checked first before releasing the car.The service was hurriedly done in our opinion and it's a new supervisor whatever you call him that took over the usual guy. Which is David.
