Courtland was so pleasant to work with! Very lovely personality! He seemed happy doing his job and happy and ready to help me with my service. He even had to input my new car’s information which took a fair amount of time. He seemed very knowledgeable and comfortable working with the input system and very patient the whole time. I found David to be short to the point of being rude. I asked him specifics regarding any future coverage referring to oil charges etc. He cut me off he was short with me. Nice person and helpful. His way of handling me as a customer could have been better.
