I left your facility with less confidence in you folks than in all the years we have been dealing with you. I recently replaced the engine air filter in the truck. On it I wrote the mileage and date. I told the Genaro that there was no need to change the air filter because it had been recently replaced. When he called me that the truck was ready I asked about the air filter. He assured me that it had not been replaced. The punch line, of course, is that it had been replaced. It was snow white on both sides. That should have at least prompted a question from the technician. I came back and told another young man that I wanted the filter back hoping it had not been destroyed. He found it in a recycle bin. I'm guessing it was unintentional and just fell through a crack in communications. But it didn't set well with my confidence.
Just learned about Mike Montgomery. Condolences to you folks. He was a big help to me on several occasions.
