1. I was told that my car would take an hour to two hours for an oil change and it took 5 hrs on a Saturday. 2. When I arrived to pick up my car I was told to pay at the service booth and after I paid, I received no information on the vehicle service. There were no recommendations provided from the service center or technician. Having been a long time Toyota of Pasadena customer, the service here in Glendora is was sub par.

Usually do my own oil changes but wanted to try the Toyota of Glendora since i received a coupon for synthetic oil changes at 48.99. it was upsetting that a coupon that expired the day before could not be honored the gentleman helping did try to help by giving $10 off which was appreciated but still can’t believe a coupon that was a day old couldn’t be honored. Probably won’t do an oil change here and i also had done a tire rotation but my alignment felt off afterwards

The new interface on the website to make a service appointment is terrible. More time consuming and not user friendly. The check in process at the service center took longer since we still had to check for and answer all the questions that used to be done when making the appointment. The new service report is not as user friendly. It is harder to read and I feel as though it was not as informative as it used to be. Receiving a text message saying parts were in and to call for an appointment for another car that had already been serviced was frustrating since it made me worried it was not fixed correctly. Turns out it was just a scam to get me to call so you can try to buy my car. Dint you think that if I wanted to trade in or sell my car I would contact you. Those calls are not necessary especially when they are attached to a service that was already performed but made out to look current. Over all the employees were great no issues and no issues with the work that was completed. Just not happy with your do call technology upgrade which seems like a customer service down grade.

Parts that I was told were in stock, actually needed to be ordered and a day later I was told they were discontinued. When I drove it home it was revving weird and the check engine light came on so I had to go back. I was told they cleaned the engine bay and got water in the engine so one cylinder wasn’t firing. They cleaned out the water and reset the code. When I got home the second time, I looked under the hood to make sure everything look right and I found a Snap-On magnetic light. Someone had dropped a light in the engine bay next to the intake and left it there. If I hadn’t checked and found it, it might have gotten crushed or melted somewhere in the engine bay. I’m really disappointed in the level of professionalism and the quality of work done on the car.
