I did not have an appointment. So I decided to do a walk in (drive-in). There were two lines of cars, two cars in each line. I decided to take the right one. I waited for 30 min in the car. Nobody came to ask me anything. So I decided, maybe I have to look for someone. As I was walking, two car got in line in the left line. There were few people in their cubicles talking on the phone. One guy said, I’ll be right with you. So I just stood there and waited. Then a couple of service guys went to the cars that came after me in the line on the left. At this point, I was already upset, because I was there 30 min earlier. I went back to my car. Now they were moving the two cars in front of my line. Now my car is in the area near the cubicles. Same service guy who told me, he will be with me was still on the phone, and told me to move forward as far as I could. Really?? Then finally someone helped me. When he gave me the quote for the service, I noticed it said 2nd maintenance service. I was confused, this was my first maintenance at 5,000 miles. He checked and he said, oh you brought your car here for service in January. I said, how can that be? I just bought this car brand new in December. He checked again, and told me that service in January was not in my name. Really?? How does that happen?? Anyway, he corrected it. I asked if they offered free car wash. He said yes, but they only do a rinse on the outside. I said ok, just include a car wash after the maintenance. It didn’t take that long to finish the maintenance, he explained what was checked and done very well. When I got my car, i checked how the car wash was. Needless to say, they might just as well poured a bucket of water over my car and called it a wash. I think you shouldn’t offer something, that is not what it should be. I have bought cars from other Toyota dealers that do have full car wash. Although, the service guy did tell me it was just a rinse. They still could do a better one. I counted only 4 people in the waiting area, it was not a busy day.

My brake pads grew!!! Last time I had my service they were less and now they are greater. Does not make sense!!! I only take my car to Toyota of Glendora and this makes me doubt the service.

Satisfied with the services today. He took the time to explain some things I wasn't aware of during previous visits that cleared up some confusion. I still have an issue with my car that can only be worked on during the week so I'm going to have to take time off work soon to turn my car in to have it looked at. Would be nice if there were more comprehensive services on the weekend.
