Great job fast and my car was washed ! Also ordered me a part that fell off in my car said he would call me as soon as it came in .. and he offered me a van to take me home which was very nice will always bring my car here because of brandyn Gomez

First of all, my daughter was the one who cameos she had an appointment. Her vehicle was never checked she gave her information to the person there and she had no knowledge of what she was supposed to do your sales rep should have explained it! After 3 and half hrs they couldn't find her car and he tol her that she may have to call the police to report it stolen when she handed the keys to your sales guy well by then she panic and didn't know what to do so she called me crying! Finally I placed a few call till you sales manager called me back he took care of me the next day and apologize for what she had experience if you see our file we have purchased 4 vehicles there in the last two years so we're not new clients. You can check with Bryan Speck he knows me. I hope we won't have this bad incident anymore!

I was just beat out of 84.00 today! I explained totally to the service / repair man what the problem was, and he told me that it would cost me 187.00. What he didn't say was that the 187.00 was what it would cost to just take thepan and gasket off and just look at it.and 500.00 to do the service.like I said, I explained the problem to him and ask him how much it would cost. Anyway, something I said must have gotten to him because he pushed for a discount for me that cost me 84.00. Yet I still feel cheated and don't feel the 84.00 was fair. I was charged to take off my transmission fluid pan and put it back on. Bad, Bad, Business. Thank you.

Your staff is the best!

The Young Receptionist is rude! Your still speaking to her and she just transfers your call! The many times that I had to call back she'd just transfer You! I had to call back many times because the service department wouldn't answer the phone! I did talk a manager and he said he'd take care of her rudeness! After spending almost 800.00, We get home and My automatic window opener wouldn't just roll up & My back windshield wiper was in the middle of the window and it wouldn't move! Why wash the vehicle if your gonna still leave grease on the front venders! Not Happy with Toyota of Glendora! Your customer Service Used to Be Wonderful! VERY BAD SERVICE FROM DAY ONE TO THE FINAL PICKUP! My family has been a customer there but after this horrible experience I may just go elsewhere! (The best part of all of this, I was told I could just fix my window & windshield wiper myself! REALLY??)Not even a Sorry!! The thing they'd say is that their Very Busy! When We picked up the 4 Runner the service department was empty & the service guys & a few others guys where sitting on the railing by the door! So busy that My 4Runner had grease & the window & windshield issue & then I was told I can fix it after spending 800.00 on a horrible service from the very first call till it was fixed! Now I question if it was fixed correctly! NOT HAPPY!! I may even go to YELP and give a rating so Others don't experience what Me & My Family Experience there at Toyota of Glendora!
