After returning home I noticed a dent in the center cap of the right front wheel. I know that the dent was not there prior to having my vehicle serviced. Since the tires were rotated the only place it could if happened was at the dealership. This is not the first time I have had an issue with having my vehicles serviced there. My daughters vehicle had her rimed scratched when the tires were rotated and my wife’s vehicle was given back to us with a door ding and scratched. In both cases I called back and complained but was told once the car left the dealership they were not responsible because it could of happened at a later date. I doubt that I will return to Glendora Toyota in the future.
