I came to the facility a bit anxious and worried as it was already very late in the afternoon when I pulled my car . I need my car for work and I need help. Mr Michael was very pleasant. I saw him look tired for the day but He was never grumpy . He was happy to let me know after an hr I guess or less, that my car is not ready yet as joke but later smiled and say "do you think I will leave you here with your car undone?" .
