I took my truck for a brake inspection because I had heard metal to metal, the service gentleman said front where 50% and 40% rear. Which was absolutely wrong, and I let him know that I had looked at it already, he said they will check it out again. He advised me that the drivers side rear brake was metal to metal and that it would not be under warranty. Wrong again, it was the passenger rear, I cannot continue to send my beloved truck to them if they cannot provide a correct diagnosis.
