He is always helpful and attentive when I take my car to service. I travel a lot therefore I go in more frequently than other people. The fact that he remembers me, which is something small warrants appreciation. it's the customer service skills that truelly sets him apart. You don't feel like he's trying to hard...he truelly seems to be a helpful person.

I was a little disappointed because I came in for a certain noise and you guys said you just absolutely could not figure out the noise I gave you some suggestions and I don't know what you do with them but I did take a test ride with you and you said there was no noise but the minute I did leave your dealership the noise started it again and I was just hoping taking it to a dealer paying that extra money that I had to pay for you guys that you would have been the ones to find the noise so now I'm still stuck here with the noise and it's a problem
