I think that if someone is spending a substantial amount on service ($850) the service advisor should offer up some sort of available coupon. Nothing was offered up and I had to ask, hope and pray that I could get(some) sort of discount at the time of payment and especially being a repeat customer.

My key would not unlock the passenger door. I was told I needed to have a new key cut and I was charged $70 for that diagnosis. When the lock cylinder was lubricated the door and the key work together perfectly. I think they missed diagnosed the problem.
