Sometime appointment can’t be made.
As someone that works in customer service and hospitality the first approach is to make everyone feel welcome.
I didn’t have an appointment and I had a lady who made me feel bad and the representative who said service can take six hours or more.
As if I should go somewhere else.
I been coming to Toyota if Glendora for years and brought three different cars.
I didn’t get a full detail report as I always do such as brakes, wipers, fluids topoff.
