My tag T8937 from service 11-25-22 was given a service credit of $200.00.
I received $83.63 credit on 6-1-23 with $120.00 credit left.
Service on 6-27-24 did not receive any credit as the computer was offline
and couldn’t generate a credit that day.
On 2-20-25 I asked for my credit due from Tag T8937. Olvin Martinez
told my wife and I that we used the credit in 2024. I called him 2-21-25
and told him we should have received credit on T4819.
