Always very happy with my service from Courtland. He is aware that this is my daughter ‘s Scion iM and her front brakes were at 4 and with this crazy rain weather and he is aware that we live in the Wrightwood area and we get snow. So, we had the brakes done to avoid any issues.

Took over 10 minutes to get help when I drove up. I was the only car in line and with the exception of one worker who was on the phone the remainder of them were standing around. There was one guy who kept walking by saying someone will be right with me. Finally one guy started walking to get my info but then the worker jumped out of his office and said he was going to do it and took the number from them.
Once I was being helped it went quickly. He said it would take an hour and it was just around that duration.
Check out is always quick.
Point inspection list was provided. I had just serviced my vehicle somewhere else a week ago and some of the things I just had replaced where pointed out as being bad. This is not correct information. In addition I know a few other items they checked as good are not good.

Ricardo is the reason that I will be coming to you guys for service after my free service is over. Ricardo is honest and professional. He is always genuinely concerned about my car as if it was his own. Honestly, if Ricardo is not the manager and trainer of the service agents, I imagine that it is because there is an older manager there with seniority who I give hats off to for highering Ricardo, or perhaps it is because Ricardo doesn't want the early heart attack with the stress that comes with the management position and would rather spend time with the beautiful family I am sure he has ! Either way, Toyota has to be proud and should be to have someone with the high standards that Ricardo has on their team ! Bravo to Toyota of Glendora ! The first time I came for service, I knew that I would never go elswhere for my service needs. This is also why I will be coming to you for my next Toyota !
