Rick is an Awesome Service Advisor!! He definitely makes my experience more awesome when I take my car in for service. He is Friendy, Fast and efficient at his job. His follow through is awesome! He has always called me back as promised and In a timely manner. I have never had to call him once on the status of my vehicle. Because of Rick’s great customer service and the pricing at Glendora Toyota is the reason why I drive out of my way to come to you guys. I had issues at my last Toyota Dealer next to where I live. I almost gave up on taking my car to another Toyota Dealer. But I am glad I gave Rick and you guys a chance. My wife showed me tire pressure warning light on the car this morning. I took my car to fill air in all 4 tires at Costco myself. The work order showed tires pressure were done and thery were not. I can tell by looking at the tire air caps. They were untouched because they were very dirty from the rain. I paid almost $2000 for the repair and you can even set the air pressure. If you don’t do the work, don’t list it in the work order.
