When I arrived I Was Told appx. 90 minute wait. After 2 hours 15 minutes later I had to text and ask the status of my vehicle. No communication as to what was going on with my vehicle. My service advisor walked by me many times with no updates. I was the last one waiting for my vehicle in the waiting area for quite some time? I dropped my vehicle at 1:15 pm walked out the door at 4:22.? Communication could have been much better. How did it go from 90 minute to 3 hours?
