I'm disappointed when they're not there, only because they've been there the entire 20+ years I've been coming. The other service people are good as well. My experience with the service repair of the work done on my vehicle was great but I have been use to when I take my car to get work done at Chevy, Dodge, and Honda when I get my vehicle back its washed and vaccumed. This was not done at Toyota. It is a free service at those other dealership. Only complaint.
