I don't blame **** Smith Hyundai for not having the necessary parts to replace my Electric Oil Pump. I blame Hyundai USA/Hyundai Motor Corporation for the failure in scheduling recall repairs on several occasions without the knowledge/awareness of whether or not the dealer has the necessary parts to fix the issue. The dealers blame Hyundai USA/Motor Corporation and vice versa. I really do not care who is to blame. Just please fix my car and quit wasting my time.

I scheduled with someone via text & they forgot to put me on the schedule. They worked me in anyway which I guess was nice but at the same time they sort of had an obligation to do so. They failed to tell me I would be waiting TWO HOURS on my oil change. I would have rescheduled if I was told that. Then they send a text message stating if I have any questions to please communicate via text. So 45 minutes into waiting, I asked how much longer it would be & no one texted me back for 30 minutes. The gentleman at the desk was a nice guy & I'm sure there’s a reason everyone was behind. But my gosh, where’s the communication?? This was my last free oil change so Im not going back. Atrocious visit.

Every time I come in to **** Smith for some reason yall find a excuse not to take care of me as a customer or my vehicle I keep scratching my head and wondering why this is happening to the point of giving up on this vehicle. This vehicle was my first new car and it has been a nightmare. The service at **** Smith is the worst service I have ever experienced in all my years. I have had three mechanics look at my vehicle about the leak but all three advised me to come to the dealership because of warranty so I did even though they spotted the problem. The repair on the vehicle was perfect - warranty oil pan seal. The other item I requested was an oil change. I still don't know if the filter was changed and does not appear on the invoice, so I'm assuming no. I put in a request with your online service and never received a call back, several calls during the process were unanswered. I was more than happy to pay for the filer, just ask me. Makes zero sense to come back for an oil change. I will use **** Smith for warranty covered items, but doubt I will buy another vehicle from your company.
