I brought my truck in for an oil change and to check the brakes. The truck has 2500 miles on it. I’d already brought it in once before for the brakes. It was Wednesday, service called and told me they didn’t have any breaks in stock. And told me they might not have them until Friday. On Friday I called numerous times. No callbacks at 3 o’clock in the afternoon. The service department called and told me their brake machine was broken and it might be as late as Monday before I get my car back. Communications between your service person and us was strained. How is it possible that a dealership doesn’t have the parts it needs for a simple brake job? How was it? It takes four days to do an oil change and replace the brake pads?
