I requested Nissan to look at wiper fluid while servicing my vehicle. They notice it was not keeping fluid and didn't mention this in the report nor told me until I got in my vehicle and tried to use wiper fluid. This is very disappointing and unsatisfactory for what I put in to Nissan. Please find away to get this corrected.

I had an appointment at 715am for an oil change, filter change, and tire rotate and balance and I was there until 10. 2 hours and 15 mins is excessive when I had a scheduled appointment. When I got in my car there was a cover for the filter on my dash and I had to wait for a service tech to come out it back on and told me a new guy worked on my car and forgot that…. Everything on my multipoint inspection was green today but last time I came for an oil change multiple were check in the yellow including my wiper blades and tire tread which I had not changed so makes me wonder if they even really check everything like I pay for. To me the whole experience was not worth 3 hours of my time and $307.
