Everyone was awesome from the moment I pulled up until I pulled off! I was treated with the best of care. I did not hear from service representative about the status of my car until I searched him out after the car had been there for over two hours. I waited for the car so I was in the waiting room. Thought I would have been updated periodically by the rep but never heard anything. That was disappointing.
