My only question is why the service writer never noticed that my 24 HRV has a recall that needs to be done due to safety concerns with a steering component. I thought it would have came up during the Vin number search of my car . Why not tell me if they have the parts in stock to do it ,or do I need to come back to do it ? I thought it was odd that he never mentioned it during my oil change today .
