My appointment was at 10:30am I sat in the lane with no acknowledgment until 10:52am. Lance was with a customer, there were a few others sitting at their desks and none of them acknowledged me. Lance and another person both announced someone was in lane 1 a couple of times. Once I asked for a manager Mariah was then sent over. Mariah did not have a customer when I arrived in the lane.

Every time the tech checks my air filter, they leave all the leaves and debris all over my passenger floorboard. Please, if you empty out my air filter on my floor I ask that you vacuum it up as well. Just like last time, I did not create the mess and it’s ridiculous you can’t vacuum the mess you leave.
