While the service was great, the new and very beautiful waiting room was not as calming as it could have been. The 2 competing tvs were on and no one was watching. None of us could find a way to turn them off- and most of us were on laptops working. I asked an employee who was walking by if they could be turned off she said she would get someone to come never did while I was there…really needs to make arrangement for quiet for those who want/need to work, read or relax. Thanks.

Lance provided exceptional service. I had to drive to FA Honda to actually speak to a service provider. The new service model places two levels of interference before you can actually speak to someone who can provide information about the vehicle. Very frustrating.
