I got to the service dept about one hour early. Preston promoted a much faster updation of the repairs that had been offered by Honda to replace Worm Gear Spring and Add grease in the EPS gear box assembly. because of his effort my car repair was finished in one hour. This was very helpful.

Brody was very personable and helpful. My dissatisfaction was regarding the service on my car. My fuel pump was replaced and not connected or placed back properly resulting in my fuel gage to stop functioning properly. I had to return to the dealership again the following Saturday to have the issue resolved which took away a day of my time because I was without my car and had to wait on it all day to be fixed. Again, not at all dissatisfied with Brody, just with having spent 2 Saturdays without my vehicle is frustrating when the service would’ve been checked correctly initially.
