Today was my “3rd” visit for the same problem, an oil leak. Keith Lubrano was OK, but should have shown at least a little interest when I told him this was my 3rd visit for the same problem. Apparently your elaborate computer system doesn’t bring up any personal history of coming in for the same problem. How can you be COMPLETELY satisfied when each visit is an isolated visit? Your work completed & financial charges owed is in GREAT detail.
My son came in person & asked to speak to a Service Manager because no one called him back after he left a voice message for a Service Manager this morning. Your telephone system is TERRIBLE! It is impossible to talk to a real person. When you are given a service technician's direct line to call, no answer & no return call from a voice message has been my experience.
Robbie Coleman, Service Manager, then responded to my son & was professional, helpful & friendly. I was given a rental car to use because the needed part to fix my car was not in stock! Hopefully my car will be completely fixed tomorrow. To be continued. . . .
