Follow up on the ordering & your receiving my needed part was not like I thought it would be. It took over 2 weeks & I had to be proactive or my car wouldn’t have been fiixed yesterday, My car was leaking oil that whole time! I finally found out Alexandria was out sick, but in her absence no one was checking on my part. She finally said to talk to a Matt, but your phone system is difficult to speak to a REAL person. I never talked to or heard back from Matt after leaving a message on a voicemail I thought was his. Finally, I did speak to a random service technician who found out my part was there & I made my appointment for yesterday. I did’t get his name, but he was very helpful & professional & I finally got my answer. Alexandria was helpful yesterday, especially finding out you do have a handicapped bathroom. Your delivery of the “highest quality service” missed the mark with me! It was good, but certainly not the HIGHEST! Also, the ability to reach a real person in the service department is frustrating after you call several times with NO call back!

Don’t call please. First I received 2 texts from you on Sunday reminding me of my appointment. One is sufficient. I received another text from you on Monday morning telling me I had missed my appointment and to call and reschedule. So I called them and told them my car was there being serviced and I had not missed my appointment.

When I scheduled the service to be completed I was told that they would ensure a Sunday pickup since they close at 5pm on Saturday. When I arrived the service rep did not know anything about this and said he could leave my car outside with the keys in it. I told him that this is not what I was told when I booked the appointment. He then returned and said that he would have it done by 3pm Saturday and would call when they were close to being finished. Knowing that the service center closed at 5pm, I called a little after 4pm since I had not heard anything. When I called the service center said they did not have a status and they could not reach anyone. I received a phone call at approximately 4:30 pm saying that the car was complete. I arrive at approximately 4:50 pm and was told they were still finishing up and it would be another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the vehicle was ready. I got in the car and started it; on first start there was a warning of fuel gauge system failure. After shutting the car off and restarting the warning went away. There was a gas smell in the vehicle, but I figure that they just finished and this would dissipate. When I got home and looked at my back seat it is covered in brown grease stains. After a day the car still smells strongly of gas to where all the windows have to be lowered when in the car. They did not replace the oil change sticker on windshield after service which isn’t a big deal, just letting you know. The quality control element was lacking and it is unacceptable to return a customer vehicle in this condition. I will be expecting a call to discuss expectations moving forward and how this situation will be rectified.
