My only crticisn, is regarding your phone call in system. My calls were always transferred to your overflow operator, who was not helpful. She insisted I provide either both recall numbers or my VIN, neither of which I had at the moment I was on the call.She then said she would not forward my call to Alexander without this information. An bit of customer service training seems to be in order.

I am writing to provide feedback on my recent visit to your dealership in December 2024 for service on my Honda Accord 2012. While I greatly appreciated the courteous and professional assistance from Eric, I am disappointed with the results of the electrical service.
During my visit, I reported several issues with my vehicle:
The radio constantly scanned between stations and wouldn’t stay on one.
The AUX cable connection to my phone didn’t produce sound through the speakers.
The middle panel, which displays the time, would frequently turn off when I started the car.
My right headlight high beam wasn’t working, and the DRL warning light appeared on the panel.
Eric, who was serving as the customer service representative, handled my concerns with professionalism and politeness. He registered my car, coordinated with the technicians, and ensured the process went smoothly from a customer service perspective.
However, despite paying $308 for electrical diagnostics, many of the issues returned within a week of the service. Specifically, the problems with the radio, the middle panel, and the AUX cable malfunction have all reoccurred. This has left me unsatisfied with the quality of the electrical service performed.
While I have always trusted Honda's service—having been satisfied during my August 2024 visit—I am disappointed this time. Eric’s excellent demeanor stood out, but the unresolved technical issues have overshadowed my overall experience.
I would appreciate it if the dealership could address this situation and provide further assistance to ensure these issues are resolved effectively.

Happy service excellent, but struggling making ends meet and used car manager didn’t want me trade my car in for affordable one , said not at this time , I just looking lower payment survive with rent , bills , etc etc ,
Don’t want give up and have car repossess few months , but struggling bills , only make so much one job quest diagnostics , tried call Honda financial see if just get few more months help , already had 2 few months ago hurricane , service was awesome but not happy used car manager
